Money Saving Meals: Meal Plan Week of 11/25

This week at Food Lion(thru Tuesday) they have ham on sale for a great stock up price.  They also have a 93% ground beef value pack on sale(freeze leftovers).  So, I've planned my meals around those items.  If you've signed up for Food Lions emails then you have a $2 off a meat purchase you can use with those two meat items.  I will make a ham, with all the trimmings on Monday, and then use the leftovers for homemade Ham, Broccoli & Cheese Crescent Pockets later in the week.  Same type "leftover" deal with the meatballs.  I'm going to use them two different ways.  Most of the side items I have already in my cabinets, but I will post coupons at the bottom and they are pretty easily found on sale this time of year. 


Monday:  Ham, Betty Crocker Scalloped Potatoes, corn & rolls

Tuesday: Jumbo Meatballs, vegetable and salad (Make extra meatballs for Thursday)

Wednesday:  Ham, Broccoli & Cheese Crescent Pockets and Salad

Thursday: Meatball Subs (Use leftovers from Tuesday, use leftover spaghetti sauce & add mozzarella cheese slices and bake in the oven)

Friday: Leftovers - or as my mother calls them "what-nots". 

Saturday: Spaghetti, Salad, & Rolls

Sunday: Brushetta Chicken Bake and Salad
