Ever wonder when to stock up, and when to not? Here's a list I found that tells you what prices to stock up at. It seems kind of strange that some of that stuff would go that low, but over the last few months of couponing I've found that things actually do drop to that price! The first column tells you to stock up for 3 months worth, and the second column means it's a GREAT price and you should stock up for 6 months. Really think about how many you would reasonably use during that time period and get it. Sales cycle every six months or so, so you may not see that free toilet paper, or free green beans again until almost summer.
